Ace Poker drills is a great piece of poker training software. It's designed for players fairly new to the game and micro/low stakes players.
It's actually a suite of three products - the Equity trainer, which is to help you understand equity and hand ranges, the Pre-flop trainer, which helps to hone your pre-flop SNG strategy, and the Poker odds and outs trainer.
The software itself is well designed and is deliberately simple so you can get straight on with things and get learning. There is a free trial available too so you can have a play with it before deciding to buy.
The website is also simply designed and has all the information you need on the product.
Ace Poker Drills poker training software is great value at $29.99 for the Equity trainer, $19.99 for the pre-flop trainer, and the odds and outs trainer is free. Or you can buy the lot for $39.99 which is fantastic value.
Holdem Manager is an excellent piece of poker analytics software. It enables you to analyse and evaluate your own game and that of your opponents.
If you're serious about playing online sit n gos this is a vital tool, especially if you're multi-tabling SNGs. The HUD (heads up display) overlays statistics about your opponents according to how your configure it. For example, their VP$IP (voluntarily put $ into pot) or their PFR (pre flop raise). Once you're playing several tables you'll realise what a great tool even these figures alone are as it enables you to get a feel for that player's type of play at a glance.
The other main purpose of Holdem Manager (HEM) is for analysing your play. As it saves all of your hand histories (HHs) you can analyse the data pretty much any way you want, either through the pre-loaded filters or by creating your own. For example you might want to look at how your play is with paired hole cards, or find out your Iin-the-money (ITM) percentage.
As the software also imports your opponent's known hole cards from when you've played with them, it's also very useful for analysing the play and hand ranges of regulars at your tables.
What I like about the product is they offer two price points - one at $54.99 for small stakes players (up to $22 SNG/MTT and 0.25/0.50 cash), and the 'professional' version at $89.99.
If you're serious about improving your SNG game then it's very much a +EV investment. Not only that but there are also tools you can use in conjunction with HEM such as TableNinja which is a great shortcut tool for multi-tabling players.
A key part of succeeding at sit n gos is understanding the latter stage of the game, often called the 'shove/fold' or 'push/fold' stage. At this point in the game, due to the higher blind levels and therefore how many BBs (big blinds) you and your opponents have, the pre-flop decision is purely about whether to shove/push (go all in) or to fold.
Due to the faster pace of the blind structure, this is even more important for turbo players. A failure to understand good shove/fold ranges is a huge leak in these games.
Many of the shove/fold hands will seem at first counter-intuitive (e.g. there will be times when it is correct and profitable to shove 72o from the small blind to big blind but to fold AK if the table positions are reversed).
A good sit n go poker coach will help you work on your shove/fold game. They will often use SNG Wiz which is why it makes perfect sense to get it for yourself. This means inbetween your SNG poker coaching lessons you can load your sit n go hand histories into Wiz to see where you made correct/incorrect decisions.
If you get into the habit of doing this frequently (ideally after each session you play) you'll quickly get a feel for the common situations and what the correct hand ranges are in those spots. There is a 30 day trial period and if you want to purchase after that (which if you're serious about mastering SNGs you will) the license costs a reasonable $99. Used wisely, the product will easily pay for itself and then some.

Any online poker player should have Univeral Replayer.
It's a free piece of software that you can load your hand histories (HHs) into and replay the SNG/sit n go graphically, hand by hand.
This is great as it makes your job (and of your sit n go coach) of analysing your game much easier. You can quickly 'fast forward' over the hands you don't want to see (e.g you folding 72o pre-flop etc), and then go step by step through the different streets of the hand.
At the bottom of the screen each 'bar' represents a hand. The green ones are where your chip stack increased, the red where it went down. So you can find at a glance the significant hands of that particular SNG.
