Carbon Poker is an online poker room that is part of the Merge network of poker sites. A benefit of being part of a poker network is that the traffic is shared with other sites on it.

After 'Black Friday' of poker in May 2011, USA based players can no longer play on Full Tilt and PokerStars. Cake Poker is one ot the few poker rooms that are 'USA Friendly' since Poker 'Black Friday'. Many US grinders have now moved to Carbon or Cake.

Cake offers 10=player SNGS (rather than the usual 9 for full ring games) and therefore 30-player, etc.

Traffic isn't so great but this may increase as more USA poker players look for alternatives to Tilt and Stars
